Tom Petty's Encino Mansion Hits the Market for $4.9 Million

For the Tom Petty fan who really has everything: the late rock legend's gated mansion in Encino, CA, has hit the market for a cool $4.9 million. The gorgeous estate sits boasts 11,550 sq feet of living space, complete with six bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and two half-baths. What was Petty's recording studio in the basement has been transformed into a wine cellar, gym, massage room, creative work space, kitchen, vocal booth, den, and fabulous guest suite, per the home's real estate listing.

Other amenities include a pool and spa, complete with a waterfall feeding into a running stream, which can be seen from an open space formal dining room with walls of windows which overlooks the outdoor area.
